Carbotech Ceramic Brake pads! With Hawk Blues I invariably flat-spotted and corded tires before they were worn. Braking distances were poor. There was no brake feel and the copious dust would rust to my wheels if I failed to clean them after every race. Rotor wear was fast and highly grooved. Rotors prematurely cracked and fragmented with heat. Now, all that is gone with Carbotech ceramic brake pads. Experience great pedal feel, no flat-spotting, shorter stopping distances, benign dust and great wear!!
|
In fact, after 6 races (note actual results in picture at left,) the calipers on the G-Force Mazda STILL measured new rotor thickness at .708, and the pads still had several races left in them! The wear area even included the critical outer edge of the disk, significantly increasing effective rotor area! No ridge could be felt at the inside wear area. and rotor wear was glassy smooth and even. |

| Mazda 1st Gen Setup Manual /Shock Tuning Guide | |
|
Still the gold standard in 1st Gen Racing. "Cut and try" suspension development can be frustrating and expensive. Get that "sweet setup" in a single effort. The manual explains the RX-7's inherent suspension problems and how to solve them in a stepwise fashion. Optimize shocks, alignment, geometry, sway bars, ride heights, brakes, limited slip options and much more. Drawings included. A shock tuning supplement is now included. A mere ten pages demystifies the function and tuning of shocks, and tells you the secrets that you won't glean from reading hundreds of other references! Better yet, the manual comes with lifetime consulting as long as you own your RX7! Save many times over the initial cost of the manual in your first purchases. |

| Tri-Link GT | IT, EP, SP, GT LEGAL |
|
By replacing the poor geometry of the upper arms, the Tri-Link promotes much greater driver confidence and cornering speeds while still allowing much higher rear spring rates to control suspension motions and improve handling response. Roll steer is banished. Binding caused by top semi-trailing arms is eliminated through the substitution of ultra-soft upper arm bushings (provided.) Eliminates drive shaft plunge into the transmission tail shaft, which combined with the elimination of rear U-Joint misalignment banishes transmission tail shaft wear! The unit qualifies as a "Traction Bar" under SCCA rules.

| GT Panhard | IT, EP, SP, GT LEGAL |
|
The GT Panhard lowers the roll center and, used with the Tri-Link, improves roll steer characteristics and roll stiffness ratio. Adjustable for both level and height, you can tune your rear roll center height, roll stiffness, and roll steer characteristics in minutes! Now the ultimate in ruggedness and wear, the GT Panhard is a complete new unit designed for more demanding GT use but is perfect for IT, EP and SP as well. The all-weld unit features easier installation, premium rod ends, greater strength, longer wear, height and leveling adjustability. |

| New Billet Aluminum Turn-in Spacers | IT, EP, GT LEGAL |
| Lower to the limit of ITA rules without destroying your geometry. The Turn-In Spacers fit between the strut and steering arm/ball joint assembly to correct a stock Ackerman deficiency and restore the roll center to well above ground. This eliminates extreme roll center movement and provides more predictable turn-in. They also improve camber gain and inside tire sidewall clearance. Black anodize finish prevents corrosion (pre-coated shown). Stainless thread inserts prevent galling and allow high bolt torque values to banish loosening. (Machining Modifications to the tie rod adjuster hardware and strut tabs required, These spacer are illegal in Solo II Street Prepared) | ![]() |

| Turn-In Spacer Adapters for EP, GT |
Now available for use in combination with IT spacers above for 15" wheels and up! Adds 1 7/8 MORE roll center height correction than even the IT version for better ride/roll stiffness relationship. Use only in combination with Turn-In Spacers above. |
| EP, GT Turn-in Adapters..............................$19.95 |
| Front Trailing Arm Spherical Bushings | IT, EP, GT LEGAL |
| Don't be fooled by fancier looking designs that need grease for low friction. Grease dries out and draws contaminants, which accelerate wear and require periodic cleaning and repacking. But these bushings don't need grease--ever! Instead, these fittings have the ultimate in low friction and wear by careful material selection. Dirt is continually wiped away by conforming surfaces. Crash tested, they were the only suspension piece that survived. | |

| Front Racing Strut Assemblies, Featuring Koni Double Adjustable Racing Shocks |
|
Now sold as assembled struts without the top perch, G-Force big-bearing, big-bore 2 inch diameter custom strut housings are only 11 7/8 inches tall for all the lowering you need without bottoming. Koni double adjustable Race shocks offer independent compression and rebound adjustability for precise tuning, from street spring rates to full Race. No shock that fits the stock tube can have a piston area sufficient to provide adequate damping forces for racing spring rates over 300 lb./in. And stock struts are too long to provide adequate bottoming travel. The G-Force/Koni combination solves both these problems, with dimensional and valving specs needed for SP, IT, EP or GT spring rates up to 700 lb./in. When you make an adjustment on a Koni shock, precise and repeatable valving characteristics assure that you get the exact damping settings you want. The shocks are backed by the Koni reputation for quality and need no special revalving to provide the kind of handling you need, when you need it, time after time, shock after shock. |

$1,289.99/Pr.
|
| If you should suffer a racing mishap, exact replacements are available as soon as the next day. Of course, G-Force offers assistance with settings so that you get close to that perfect adjustment the first time. |
Non-Marring Locking Screw |
Struts
feature quality adjustable coil-over kits with lockable perches using a
non-marring nylon tipped set screw.
Top compression adjustment makes quick track changes easily. Bottom compression adjustment is accessible through the bottom of the strut so strut disassembly is not required. Just remove two bolts to drop the steering arm/ball joint assembly to access the adjustment screw. No realignment is necessary after adjustment. |
No Strut Disassembly |
Mounting tabs are
top face milled and drilled to fit 1/2 inch bolts for Turn-In Spacer
installation (Turn-In Spacers are required for ball joint nut clearance.)
$100 core charge applies if no big-bearing stock strut exchange is available to return after purchase and installation. Limited lifetime warranty* for workmanship applies.

Koni double adjustable rear racing shocks are now available for the
Mazda RX7. Adjust to any sprung and unsprung weight for tunability
far beyond any existing available bolt-on alternative. The top
adjuster uses the same mechanism as the above Koni racing strut
insert. The bottom adjuster is easily accessible on the bottom
side of the shock without jacking.
G-Force specially selected this shock for dimensional and valving characteristics and then modified the lower mount to fit the stock Mazda mount. Fully rebuildable means you can renew the shock for the life of your car. Available off the shelf from G-Force means you won't be left high and dry if you need a crash replacement in a hurry. Get the ultimate for IT, EP and GT applications. Only from G-Force.
