G-Force Engineering only accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card payments for merchandise.  No personal checks, money orders, direct deposits, or any other form of payment is accepted.

Billing is made prior to shipment and normally on the day of shipment, except in the case of special order items over $500 and made-to-order items like struts which are billed in full as a deposit at the time of order or the beginning of fabrication, depending on the circumstances.   Every effort will be made to meet the promised delivery date however if this date is not met you will be notified by email or phone.  You agree to accept the possibility of these delays in return for G-Force's stringent efforts to make promised dates.

Orders under $95 will be charged a $4.00 handling fee.  International shipments will be charged a 2% handling fee.

Warranties 

Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Report any shipping related damage or loss immediately to the carrier. If the box is otherwise undamaged and the parts list and/or invoice indicates missing items, these must be reported to G-Force within one week otherwise customer is responsible for cost of replacement of these items. 

Due to a few dishonest customers who order parts to be used as a template to make their own and then return them (good design and engineering always looks simple once the real work is done,) I have been forced to adopt a policy that unless otherwise noted merchandise can not be returned for any reason other than manufacturing defects and such defects must be reported within 60 days.  To obtain a refund or replacement, defective parts must be returned to G-Force Engineering for inspection at 1809 Cherry Lane, Findlay, Ohio 45840. Customer is responsible for return postage. Upon return G-Force Engineering will conduct a parts inspection and will, solely at its discretion, make a determination of the nature of the issue and whether it constitutes a manufacturing defect. No warranty is expressed or implied other than replacement or refund of the original purchase price.

Limited lifetime warranties apply only where specified in written sales material and are in effect for as long as you own the item and/or the vehicle on which the item is originally installed. 

EXCLUSIONS: The above warranties do not apply to items installed on vehicles used commercially, for racing or off-road use; damage or failure caused by another faulty part, improper installation, accident, misuse, items that have been modified, altered or used in a manner or application for which it was not designed or intended. The limited warranties above represent the total liability of G-Force Engineering and G-Force Engineering makes no other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. G-Force Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, nor for inconvenience or loss of use while the item is being replaced, including the cost of a rental car, towing charges, telephone calls, legal fees and costs, labor costs and any additional parts required to remove and replace the defective or worn-out part.

At its discretion, G-Force Engineering may extend or modify this policy depending on individual circumstances. The customer is encouraged to inquire about discretionary extensions, as G-Force strives to be fair and to leave customers happy.
